Nicole Sweet

Nicole started in the HVAC field over 6 years ago as a Service Coordinator with Automated Logic and managed to work her way up to a Service Account Manager in that timeframe. She has an extreme desire to consistently grow her knowledge in the HVAC world and is always looking for ways to improve and simplify processes. Nicole has always been driven by customer satisfaction and as an Account Manager she thoroughly enjoyed the sales side of that position. She came to USA Mechanical as an Inside Sales Representative and has recently been promoted to Sales Leader. She is extremely dedicated to her team and is looking forward to the challenges ahead.

In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family, looking after their animals and traveling when she can.
