Job Description/Overview of Position.

Looking for a P2 CT Licensed Plumber for our construction team as our company is growing rapidly. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years CT licensed experience.

Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, be organized, pay attention to details, provide excellent customer service and be a strong team member.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for commercial install.

We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed commercial HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 CT license, EPA certification and an OSHA 10 certificate to help service our growing commercial (no residential) account base. Looking for the right candidate who enjoys working independently and takes initiative in helping solve commercial HVAC related issues. Must have strong customer service skills, organized, pay attention to details and be a team player.

Salary:

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Staff accountant, you will be a team member helping to build a highly scalable, best-in-class
accounting department. This role will be responsible for best-in-class accounting policies and
procedures, that are needed to run a high-quality business day to day. This role will be based in East
Granby or Middletown, CT.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the local controller and the finance team, you will play a key role in establishing
    and executing financial and accounting operations. Job responsibilities include:
  • Perform daily, monthly reconciliations and journal entries of assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Apply customer payments and maintain cash accounts activity including GL entries and deposits
    in the bank account.
  • Setup all new vendors and customers.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedule and lease schedules.
  • Cross collaborates with Project Managers to ensure timeliness and accuracy for project AIA
    billings.
  • Manage the entire project billing process including point of contact for sending the invoices and
    collections.
  • Backup to AP when needed.
  • Maintain the accounting of limited shop materials usage.
  • Other duties as assigned-adhoc projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As the Maintenance Contract Sales, you will be a critical partner helping to build a highly scalable, best-
    in-class commercial HVAC business. To be successful in this role, you will have to take the initiative to
    drive new business for the organization. This role will be based in Middletown, CT.
  • Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Follow and adhere to the company established sales training, strategies, and processes.
  • Identify new potential clients and opportunities that align with our Ideal Prospect Profile.
  • Perform all the required sales activities and cold calling to contact (KDM’s) Key Decision Makers.
  • Utilize company cold calling scripts to make cold introductions and overcome objections.
  • Schedule 3-5 self-generated new appointments weekly to qualify potential new customers.
  • Achieve the weekly required sales activities as directed by management.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations that accurately demonstrate all our services and capabilities
  • Determine the prospective customer’s needs and develop a sales strategy for each new
    opportunity.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and collect site-specific data to support estimate development.
  • Effectively present new agreements, answer questions and overcome objections to secure the
    sale.
  • Professionally persistent follow ups with Key Decision Makers to keep the sales process moving
    forward.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified proposal pipeline that will ensure meeting or exceeding sales
    goals.
  • Close sufficient new agreement sales to meet or exceed the quarterly/annual assigned sales
    goal.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate sales activities and notes in the company CRM.
  • Meet weekly with managers to review all sales activity and year to date sales vs plan.
  • Respond to all potential customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a professional and positive business relationship with all office personnel.
  • Be on time for all work-related activities, scheduled meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Stay in direct contact daily with your manager and be available for redirecting as needed.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High School degree and specific job-related experience.
  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience. Commercial service sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill Proficient computer skills and use of software
    platforms, Business systems, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom and shared cloud-
    based drives.
  • Ability to traverse uneven surfaces and climb ladders.
  • Self-motivated, confident, independent, and organized.
  • Possess a positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
