JOB DESCRIPTION

Small Projects Foreman must have 7+ years of experience and working knowledge of installation, operation, and layout of dynamic mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, rooftop units, ductless splits, VRF systems, cooling towers, process piping, split systems, and small refrigeration systems, in both commercial and industrial settings. Excellent communication skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous project obligations are essential characteristics. This individual must be able to work solo, as a team member, and as a team leader directing supporting technicians. The Small Projects Foreman will report directly to the Small Projects Team Leader.

 

  • Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Job Requirements

 

 

– S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 Connecticut License (Required).

– EPA Technician (Preferred).

Looking for a P2 CT Licensed Plumber for our construction team  as our company is growing rapidly. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ CT licensed experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed commercial HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 CT license, EPA certification and an OSHA 10 certificate to help service our growing commercial (no residential) account base. Looking for the right candidate who enjoys working independently and takes initiative in helping solve commercial HVAC related issues. Must have strong customer service skills, organized, pay attention to details and be a team player.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a team member helping to build a highly scalable, best-in-class accounting department. This role will be responsible for best-in-class accounting policies and procedures that are needed to run a high-quality business day to day. This role will be based in East Granby or Middletown, CT.

Job Responsibilities

Working directly with the local controller and the  finance team, you will play a key role in establishing and executing financial and accounting operations. Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily entry of vendor invoices.
  • Daily enter exempt purchase in tracker.
  • Complete resale certs and tax exemptions certificates.
  • Build payment files for review.
  • Print Checks.
  • Complete vendor statements upon receiving.
  • Reconcile and book all credit card statements.
  • Review on a weekly basis pending receipts listings.
  • Clean up pending receipts on a weekly basis.
  • Complete new vendor credit applications.
  • Back up for Accounts Receivable with new accounts establishments.
  • Back up for AIA process billings/lien waivers.
  • Back up for entering new vendors into our accounting system Sage.
  • Other duties as needed.
