Jennifer Romano

Jen Romano

Jennifer joined the Navy in 2005 and completed training as a nuclear reactor operator in 2008. She was selected to train sailors, it her rate, in upstate New York after her training was complete, until 2011. She was assigned to the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN-71 from 2011 to 2013.

After completing her contract with the US Navy, in 2013, she was hired as a Controls Service Technician with Automated Logic. There she performed maintenance, repair, and installation of building automation systems. In 2017 She started engineering controls jobs. In 2021, she was selected to project manage service controls jobs. During this time, she learned to coordinate all aspects of job execution, from scheduling to commissioning.

She came to USA Mechanical in 2022, as a Service Project Manager, where she learned the mechanical side of HVAC. In 2023 she was honored with managing the operations for USA Mechanical.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, expanding her cooking skills, and biking.
